Unfortunately, our product(IW04M) does not support the W212 built 2009 – 2012, to be accurate ‘COMAND NTG 4.0’.
IW04M can just support ‘COMAND NTG 4.5’ version.
Your W212 may have equipped with COMAND NTG 4.0.
